A very good company to work for. Cares about colleagues and customers. At Sytner hard work gets rewarded. Attitude and enthusiasm is very positive from everyone.

"Excellent company to work for"

Pros

Strong investment in its people. Promotes working together as One Team which means a great team work ethos. Works hard at getting the right people into right roles which results in a great team atmosphere which encourages diversity and inclusion. A relatively flat business structure so things get done and communication is good. People are valued.

Cons

Always a push to deliver budget in second half of a year. However, we always seem to make it.

More of what you are doing as it obviously works.

"I can’t believe my luck..."

Pros

Support and training is high on their agenda and it’s like working with your family. Every single department is super friendly. The banter is an added bonus! Always feel valued and staff perks are ridiculously amazing. I’ve never worked anywhere quite like it.
