"Working in the buying team is very different from working within one of our dealerships. There are often long hours out on the road, many outside of the normal working day. However, the beauty of this is that we provide our own personal motivation each day, as we have to go out and find customers rather than them coming in to us in a dealership! As a buyer you constantly have to be on the ‘look out’ for great cars that Sytner need to retail and the contacts we build up and our ability to deal with the public make a significant difference.
