Our Contact Centres facilitate the incoming and outbound service calls for many of our dealerships. You may have already spoken to them if your car has been booked in for a service with us!

One of our talented Contact Centre Managers gives us an inside view of what it’s like to work in one of our dynamic contact teams.


"Working in the Contact Centre is very much like a family environment, everyone knows each other and we are all close. Every day is busy and there is always something to do!

Our work can be quite varied so we work as ‘One Team’ together, for example helping each other out in answering inbound calls when those team members are extra busy!

Mondays tend to be our busiest day, but this also means that we have the most amount of fun on Mondays! Occasionally, the Managers will make a ‘deli’ lunch and everyone is rewarded with team incentives and nights out when we do really well; which is most of the time because we are great at what we do!"
