"Working within the Property department has a great family feel, as we are a close knit team. It is also great to have the opportunity to work closely with Senior Managers within the Group, interacting with them over their queries and requests regarding our properties across the UK.

Rather than being outward facing, our clients are our internal colleagues and therefore we try our absolute best to deliver a professional service at all times; from general maintenance queries to a major planning idea.

A project can take on average two years from conception to delivery and during this time procurement, planning, delivery and the cost analysis of new developments are of paramount importance at each stage. Each of our sites are in accessible locations, often off the major motorway links, enabling us to visit and manage them easily.

It can be pressurised, particularly with meeting deadlines, but the variety and the rewards that come with it once a project is completed is worth it!"
