Senior Business Manager

About the role
Leicester Audi is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Manager to join their growing team.

As a Sytner Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the dealerships Finance & Insurance / Customer Retention department; you will do this by being at the core of all sales enquiries and by developing your team of Business Managers and Sales Executives. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly.

A key focus of your role will be the establishment and management of the dealerships Retention and VIP Express (Sales from Service) team. You will be required to ensure levels and quality of activity are of the highest standard, in order to deliver best in class results across both these areas.

Sytner Senior Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

If you are high achieving Business Manager, Sales Controller or Sales Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you. Proven ability in managing a team and delivering a best in class performance is critical.

Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front and inspire your team of manager to 'raise the bar' and exceed their full potential whilst driving the performance forward in all key areas of focus.

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
