About the role
Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Workshop Controller to join our team at Audi Slough.
As an experienced Workshop Controller you will need to be skilled in all aspects of running a high volume prestige workshop with 20 Productive Technicians and 40+ retail throughputs per day.
Sytner Workshop Controllers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
You must be able to demonstrate an ability to ensure repairs are ‘Fixed First Visit’ in an environment that demands quality workmanship and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
You will have excellence organisational and preparation skills coupled with a genuine passion for detail. Someone who will use their own initiative where they think they can provide optimum outcomes to deliver efficient turnarounds for our customers.
You must possess excellent communication skills and a passion with enthusiasm to work with this prestigious brand. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
