The Contact Centre was established in 2004 with 4 team members managing incoming service enquiries for the BMW Division, 13 years later the team has grown to 50+ managing over 30,000 customer interactions per month via Incoming Calls, Outbound Calls, Email Enquiries and Live Chat.
We are now looking to grow our team even further.
