Job description

Managing over 300,000 customer interactions annually, from phone calls to live chat, being the first point of contact delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Contact Centre incorporates three disciplines, Inbound Reservations, Customer Retention and Digital Sales all of which are dynamic in their own elements.

The three teams support all of our BMW/MINI Centres across the country working various flexible shift patterns to support the business and the teams.
