Sytner BMW Harold Wood is looking for a friendly, passionate and enthusiastic person to provide the best service to our customers with an aim to help make customers feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their BMW experience.
You will excite customers each day about the brand whilst promoting the benefits and unique selling points of BMW cars, accessories and vehicle ownership. You will also help proactively manage the experience of whoever visits our showroom so that each customer and guest feels that they have had a uniquely personal and bespoke service.
This is a unique trainee programme to Sytner, involving 3 months on site training at the centre, followed by a 12 month comprehensive training programme delivered by the BMW Group Training Academy. You will have the opportunity to learn and experience everything there is to know about the BMW product range and technology without the requirement to sell. Your role will be customer focused, creating inspiration and excitement, offering exceptional customer service and personalised care. You will become a certified BMW Product Genius, as well as obtaining an IMI Diploma Level 2 in Customer Service with an exceedingly bright future!
Upon successful completion of this 12 month programme, you will continue in this role or complete a further weeks training at the BMW Group Academy and become a certified BMW Sales Executive. Here, you will use your product knowledge and customer experience to boost sales and provide every customer with a unique experience.
If you have a very genuine warmth and enthusiasm for people, a strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a selling environment, then you are invited to apply for this opportunity. You must be educated to A level standard or equivalent, have GCSE Maths, English and one other subject grades A* to C/9-4 and the availability to work full time every Saturday, 1 in 3 Sundays (with a day off during the week).
