About the role
Sytner Group currently has an opening for a highly motivated Service & Warranty Administrator to join our prestigious dealership at Sytner BMW Leicester.
As a Sytner Service & Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for costing and invoicing warranty and retail jobs. You will also ensure that manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times. Previous experience in an administrative capacity is essential. Knowledge of the motor industry and the Kerridge system would also be advantageous; however this is not crucial for the right candidate.
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must.
