About the role
An enthusiastic and proactive Sales Controller is required join our busy Used BMW Sales Department. Enquiry management is a key part of this role, the candidate must have a "hands on approach", be into the finer details and have the ability to "find deals".
With a successful and established Sales team in place it will be the Sales Controllers role to maximise on each enquiry for both profit and customer satisfaction with most of the administration constraints of the business being taken care of by the Sales Manager.
The role will require a full understanding of the sales process together with self-motivation and pride in a job well done. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a first class track record within the prestige sector, and possess the relevant knowledge and experience required to lead, motivate and drive an ever developing sales team.
The Sales Controller must be an excellent team player with a good eye for detail and a passion for customer service as well as delivering excellent business results.
