Graypaul Birmingham has a very rare and unique opportunity for a determined Sales Manager. The role will be very “Hands-On” working closely with the Sales team to maximise all opportunities and deliver a first-class luxury experience to our clients.

We have an exciting year ahead of us, with the introduction of 5 new models in our line-up and a further 10 in the next 2 years. You will be joining a strong Sales Team, with a fantastic opportunity in helping them develop to be even better.

Being part of the Ferrari family is like no other brand and very special.  In addition, much of our potential business is gained with clients at events in and out of the UK, so expect unsociable hours on occasions.

This role would suit a Sales Manager/Sales Controller with retail sales experience gained from within the motor industry, who has well-developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of all areas of this department.

You will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and that you are able to handle conflicting demands. You will have exceptionally high standards, the ability to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive the performance of the sales team, to a whole new level for 2019 and beyond.
