About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisors (inbound) to accompany a brand new venture within the Jaguar Land Rover division
Situated at our offices in Leicester city centre the Contact Centre team will be responsible for handling numerous customer queries relating to repair work and servicing
Sytner Customer Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
You will be responsible for handling each query with care and attention to detail as well as being capable of achieving set targets and productivity levels, required within a Contact Centre environment.
Previous experience within a Contact Centre environment is not essential as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent service to customers with high expectations. Also, someone who can work well under pressure in a very busy and ever changing environment.
Finally, to assist in making this venture a success you must possess a positive outlook and also hold a solid track record in terms of reliability
