An exciting and very rare position has become available to co-ordinate manufacturer warranty invoicing at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol. As part of our high energy, modern service team, you will be able to liaise with technicians and service advisors and collate all relevant information for processing the correct application of the manufacturer’s warranty, goodwill and costing procedures, ensure accurate compilation and submissions of all warranty claims/invoices and to ensure warranty claims are submitted within time limits and any corrections are actioned within time scale, to monitor and print relevant reports to advise management of progress and concerns.
This role includes close liaison with the manufacturer and therefore technical knowledge would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who is computer literate, has outstanding organization skills and is a good team player with a proven track record in warranty administration. Kerridge / ADP experience is essential and previous warranty administration and one link experience is strongly desired.
