Providing outstanding levels of Customer Service is key to our business success and we are currently recruiting for Retail Apprentice positions across our Mercedes Benz Division.


This is a customer facing role within our Sales or Service departments. You must be educated to A level standard or equivalent, have GCSE Maths and English grades A to C, with an appetite for learning and a commitment to being a positive team player. Some retail experience would be beneficial but not essential.


In partnership with Retail Motor Industry Training/REMIT and Mercedes-Benz we are offering a comprehensive 24 month ‘on the job’ training programme. Successful candidates can look forward to working for a progressive and consistently successful company that offers investment in personal development.


You will gain a thorough knowledge of the workings of a prestige car dealership, initially gaining experience by working in all departments covering all aspects and job roles at your dealership.  You will then focus on our sales, service or administrative roles in more detail. During your apprenticeship we will provide you with mentoring support and feedback through monthly reviews.  You will also work towards the achievement of a nationally recognised Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service. We will work with you to identify the best career route on completion of your Apprenticeship, which could lead to roles such as Sales Executive, Service Advisor or Administration Assistant.

Selected candidates will be invited to attend an interview during August and following this, selected candidates will be invited to attend a half day Assessment Centre during weeks commencing 6th & 7th September 2017. Applicants should ensure that they are able to attend on these dates if shortlisted.


Employment will commence for successful candidates on the 10th October 2017.


Please note that due to our insurance requirements and the nature of this role a full driving licence is essential.
