About the role
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced and motivated Warranty Manager to join our team. This remote team has been newly formed and provides warranty administration support to all Sytner BMW/MINI Dealerships.
As a Central Warranty Manager you will oversee the running of the department, specifically managing profitability, risk, cost management and continuous improvement. Both the customer and manufacturer will be at the forefront of all decision making and you will ensure your team receive appropriate training, support, guidance and motivation to perform at their best.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have previous experience within a Warranty environment and are familiar with warranty processes, risk management and are comfortable reviewing and adhering to, manufacturer and customer expectations.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in both team management and continuous improvement to ensure the team grows and develops and continues to meet the expectations of our customers. As the team are working from home, the experience in managing a remote team would be advantageous but not essential.
You will also be familiar with audit processes which will enable you oversee the department and ensure the smooth operation of labour, costs and risks.
