The BMW and MINI Division of Sytner Group are excited to be expanding our Human Resources team with the addition of a Divisional HR Manager.
Working closely with our site based HR Managers and Divisional HR Manager (Midlands and North), this field based role reports into our Divisional Head of Human Resources. With our one team company ethos at the heart of our businesses, the successful candidate will operate collaboratively in supporting our management teams and delivering the divisional people plan. This role is very much about adding value and bringing about positive change through partnering.
Applicants will be able to demonstrate their personal impact on strategic HR priorities across multiple sites together with how they have applied their knowledge of employment law.
There will be a requirement to travel to your dealerships on a regular basis to engage with our teams and be seen as a key source of support (travel will be in accordance with Government restrictions and our internal COVID-19 requirements); your ability to build trust and relationships easily will be essential as will extensive travel to perform the role effectively.
We will consider applications favourably from individuals possessing CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management or equivalent HR generalist experience. The role will be supporting our dealerships in South Wales (Swansea, Cardiff and Newport), M4 corridor (Maidenhead, High Wycombe and Sunningdale) and South East (Chigwell and Harold Wood).
