Job description

Due to an internal promotion and an expanding team, Sytner Group currently have an exciting opportunity for a Second Line Service Desk Analyst to join us!

As an experienced IT Support professional, you will join our IT team and be an instrumental part in delivering new and improved ways of providing the best support possible for our internal customers.

You must be passionate in providing outstanding levels of customer service as you will build internal relationships. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will communicate clearly with customers about incidents and service affecting issues at all times.

You will need at least 2 years’ demonstrable experience in an IT Support function and the following technical skills -

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent practical knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 as well as strong knowledge of Office 2010, Office 2016 and modern Internet Browsers.
  • Active Directory administration - Creating user accounts, reset passwords and modify security groups.
  • Basic Exchange Server administration - creating and maintaining mailboxes and distribution groups.
