A tenacious and professional attitude. Good listening, communication and time management skills. The ability to consistently provide the customer with a fantastic purchase experience.

Meeting new people from all walks of life.

What does your place of work do to help its colleagues maintain work-life balance?

My dealership notes hard work and has created a flexible working pattern which promotes a positive healthy attitude at home.

How do you know you are making a difference?

Receiving positive customer feedback is the perfect way to judge this; it’s a great feeling knowing that you’ve helped someone with their perfect purchase.

Can you tell me about the culture in your workplace?

My workplace has a fun, friendly and positive culture, we are passionate about all things cars which helps achieve a one team environment!

How have you developed since working for Sytner?

Working for Sytner has allowed me to develop my people skills, my understanding of how a successful business is run and the ability adapt to many different scenarios.

What’s been one of your proudest moments working at Sytner?

It’s got to be taking VIP customers via a private plane to the Geneva Motor Show.

What advice would you give to recent new hires?

Throw yourself in, there are many opportunities within Sytner utilise them all.

If you could go back and give yourself some career advice when you were 15 years old, what would it be?

Work can be daunting but everyone has to start somewhere, have fun!
