Developed and still developing myself by trying to learn, implement and teach as much as possible

When I won World Technician of the Year with Ferrari and when I was promoted to my current position

Work hard and reap the rewards of working for a great company

If you could go back and give yourself some career advice when you were 15 years old, what would it be?

I have no regrets but possibly continued my education to get further qualifications
