How has your job changed in that time?

I started as a Sales Executive and have risen to Sales Manager.

If someone wanted to become a Sales Manager, what key skills would they need?

Good communication skills, multi tasking, negotiation, understanding customer requirements and most importantly to be a team player.

What is your favourite part of your job?

Closing a deal and seeing Sales Executives progress through your support.

Fantastic, great team spirit, keen.

Things you like?

Golf and my children.

If you could take one item to a desert island what would it be?

An iPad.
