I started out in Warranty Administration and then became a Service Advisor and then CRM Manager.

Initiative, analytical, persuasive, resilient, team player, structured, interpersonal skills, innovative.

What is your favourite part of your job?

Identifying and improving performance in the dealership, be it for staff or customers.

Tennis, travelling, a good movie.

My husband.
