What is it like working as an Audi Experience Executive?

This is such a key role within our team, as you are the last person a customer will see when they collect their new car, which for them is an amazing experience. As such, it is a highly rewarding and fun job, but you have to be prepared to work hard in order to be successful.
A typical day for an Experience Executive…
A typical day usually starts between 8am to 8:30pm, but depending on how you have planned you Customer Handover diary, you may find yourself in earlier some days. Before the morning sales meeting, you can use this time to prepare for the day ahead, whether it’s checking a car ahead of the customer collecting or filming a digital video. Your sales meeting gives you an opportunity to sit with the wider Sales Team and ensure all customer who have bought a vehicle has been successfully transitioned from the selling Sales Executive to yourself. Throughout the day you will engage with customers who might have just purchased a car, or customers you having been speaking to over the phone and are coming in for the first time to collect their brand new AUDI. You really are at the best part of the customer journey, as you will soon see how excited customer are to pick up their new car. As well as this, you will keep in contact with those customers after the sale to ensure they are settling in well their new car, and answer any questions they may have come up with since collecting it. You will normally finish the working day at around 6pm to 6:30pm.
What sort of people are we looking for?
Our very best Experience Executives are those who are highly motivated, enthusiastic, have a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience and always work with the upmost integrity. You look after one of the most important parts of the customer’s journey, the collection of their new car. As such we need people who want to leave our customers with a memorable experience, so they will want to return to us for their next car.
Don’t worry if you do not have previous experience, we are looking for people with a determination to expand their knowledge, enjoy learning new skills and who inspire others. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation and want to progress within our organisation. We also need people who can think quickly on their feet, and are able to effectively handle problems when they arise in a calm and professional manner.
It is very important that you are a great team player, willing to help others and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy meeting people and working for a prestige brand in a highly successful and engaged team.

Do I get any training?
There is a structured induction process in place for all new Experience Executives (both with and without motor industry experience). You will firstly be inducted at your dealership, which will include becoming familiar with all departments. You will be assigned an on-site Mentor who will work alongside you to ensure you receive the very best on-boarding experience and ensure that your learning stays on track whilst offering you support and guidance. You will also undergo virtual classroom training, e-Learning and face-to-face learning from experienced members of our team. You will become accustomed with the Sytner sales process, I.T. systems and our best practice, whilst exploring how to interact with our customers.
This is only the beginning of your introduction to the company and the role, throughout your career you will continue to be assisted by your Line Manager and your colleagues and will receive training from the manufacturer.
