A weekly review of the rota as a team to allow flexibility

Because I am starting to see results and my performance is steadily increasing. My customers and colleagues also provide me with positive feedback

If you could go back and give yourself some career advice when you were 15 years old, what would it be?
Plan your career goals and make a start on them from today. They won’t always go exactly as planned but just continue to strive for what you want to accomplish.
