We at Guy Salmon Jaguar Land Rover Ascot, part of the Sytner Group are holding an Open Evening at our brand new preparation centre facility in Bracknell (Full Address below) on Tuesday 4th July 2017 from 5:30pm until 7.30pm.

Preparation Centre – Technicians

If you are an experienced Technician or Fitter this is the role for you. Working in a brand new purpose built facility based in East Berkshire, you will be performing routine PDI checks to new vehicles, PDA checks and rectification work to quality used vehicles and various other tasks necessary in getting our vehicles ready for handover.

The role will involve the fitting of Manufacturer approved accessories, VHC and PDA of used vehicles, diagnosis and rectification of any faults found, warranty related service work, diagnosis using the latest Manufacturer approved equipment and PDI checks of brand new vehicles. You will have a good understanding of working within timescales and target driven work structures. You will be part of an ever expanding team of individuals who work well together and support one another in their day to day tasks and challenges.

Essential skills include recognised Level 3 Vehicle Technician Certification, proven track record with workshop experience, excellent attitude and aptitude. Desirable skills include current MOT Light Vehicle testing Certification, Tyre fitting experience, understanding of H&S principles and Jaguar/Land Rover Academy accreditation.
