Sytner Group - Voted #1 Best Big Company to Work for in the UK

Focusing entirely on team members, each year the results are determined by a survey that is sent out to all members of staff, completed in confidence and then submitted directly to the Sunday Times. This year, we’re incredibly happy to say that, of the eight factors considered by the survey, we gained top-10 scores in all of them – leading the rankings for ‘My Company’ and ‘Personal Growth’.

Complementing our first place finish in the Best Big Companies to Work For category, we’re also very proud to say that we gained a special award for Innovation in Engagement. This award recognises our efforts to change the perception of the sector through, amongst other things, our dealerships’ links with local schools, presentations about career opportunities within the trade and arranging workplace tours & work experience for young people.
